Purchases made online are available for refunds only; exchanges are not permitted. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original items for a refund and then make a new purchase at senditsunny.com. If you are not completely satisfied, we will issue a full credit on returns for items in new and unused condition received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
